6 Day Adelaide to Alice Springs Safari

I had such an awesome trip with Adventure Tours!

Our guide, Kiwi, had us digging for grubs and lizard spotting from the vehicle. The amount of wild life we encountered was just incredible: emus, roos by the truck load, koalas, spiders, snakes, camels even.  And we got to taste most of them at one of our many delicious dinners!  Major highlights included the mighty Kings Canyon, champagne lunch at Uluru, the crazy underground town of Cooper Peedy, breakfast at the haunting lunar landscape of the Breakaways where Mad Max 3 was filmed and swimming in the rain.

You cover 3,500km in 6 days but with the sites you take in and the beautiful landscape the whole thing really feels like a non-stop whirlwind adventure.  Our guide was really knowledgeable about the history of the Aboriginal people, about the wildlife and his enthusiasm for them all were infectious.  And his cooking wasn’t bad either!

I really had a trip of a life-time so thanks Adventure Tours, I am already planning my next trip!
