Cape Tribulation 'Go Wild' Package

The 'Go Wild' Package includes a visit to the Rainforest Habitat Sanctuary just out of Port Douglas.

Travel north of Cairns to Cape Tribulation where the Reef meets the Rainforest. The package works like this:

1. Guided transport and activities included to and from the Cape, including the Rainforest Habitat Sanctuary. Free time to enjoy optional activities or just chill out in this tropical paradise.

2. Choose where you want to stay and the room type

3. Decide how long you want to stay - 2 days / 1 night or 3 days / 2 nights

4. Add on a Great Barrier Reef Trip (to create a Reef and Rainforest package).

Itinerary

Day 1: Cairns to Cape Tribulation

Our guide will give you great insight into the wildlife, rainforest and local culture as you travel along one of the most scenic drives in Australia. Visit the unique Rainforest Habitat and experience up close many rare and endangered native animals, such as the Cassowary and Tree Kangaroo. Our next stop is Mossman Gorge in the World Heritage Daintree National Park to take a guided walk through the beautiful rainforest. We continue north to the Daintree River to board a wildlife cruise; searching the mangroves for 'crocs' and other wildlife before arriving in Cape Tribulation at your choice of accommodation.Overnight accommodation included. (No meals)

Day 2: Free Day

Choose an optional activity or just chill out, take a walk or go for a swim

If you are staying for 2 days only, you will return as per directions on Day 3 below. You can do a Reef trip from Cape Tribulation on Day 2 before returning to Cairns. See the Go Wild Reef and Rainforest packages for more information on adding a Reef trip and Rainforest Habitat Sanctuary options.
