Adventure Tours Australia Photography Competition: Aussie Moments

Enter for a chance to win $300 Amazon voucher to spend on ANYTHING, or RT the competition for a chance to win $125 voucher.

Have you taken a photo of Australia or New Zealand that really captures the adventurous and diverse nature of either destination?  Perhaps you went to visit the Great Barrier Reef and took some awesome marine life images? Or perhaps you visited Ayers Rock and captured a blistering sunset?

Whatever the image, we want to see the picture that you think captures the adventure that these two countries have to offer.

For the winner, we are giving away a $300 Amazon voucher so you can stock up on photographic equipment to develop your talent... or just anything else you fancy buying from Amazon!

To enter:

You’re going to need to post the picture you want to enter on your own blog or website and write a few words about it such as when and where it was taken.

You will then need to link back to this competition page from your entry page and notify us of your entry by either;

The winner will be chosen on June 30th by Adventure Tours Australia.

Terms & Conditions:

1. This competition is open to Worldwide Entries aged 18 years or over, except for employees of Adventure Tours Australia, their families or anyone else associated with this competition.

2. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. All entries must be received by the advertised closing time and date.

4. All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other photographic competition. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants must warrant that the photograph they are submitting is their own work and that they own the copyright for it.

5. Copyright in all images submitted for this competition remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of their providing the Competition, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to Adventure Tours Australia to feature any or all of the submitted images in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material connected to this competition.

6. Only one entry per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.

7. The anchor text used to link to the competition page on the Adventure Tours Australia websites should not contain any language that could be deemed offensive or prejudicial.

7. The winning entry will be that that is judged to be the most visually appealing, original and self-explanatory. The winner will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the competition (The closing date for competition is midnight Sydney Australia time, on Saturday June 30th 2013).

8. One entrant shall win Amazon vouchers worth $300.00 Australian dollars, one entrant who tweets the provided message “Adventure Tours Australia Photo Competition: Aussie Moments Win $300 Amazon Voucher www.adventuretours.com.au/competitions - 1 Person to RT Wins $125 Voucher” shall win Amazon vouchers worth $125.00 Australian dollars.

9. Should an international entrant win either competition, on request the can be awarded in their local currency. A common exchange rate will be used at the time of awarding the prize through www.xe.com.

10. Should an entrant win who lives in a territory to which Amazon do not dispatch, no alternative prize will be provided.

11. All prizes are non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

12. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

13. Australian law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian Courts shall prevail.
