4 Day 4WD Red Centre Safari

What a fantastic time we all had, met a lot of great people, slept out in the swags each night and Geoff our guide was great, young guy about 24 years but knew a lot about the outback.

The timing of the trip was good as it had just rained the previous week and the canyons were full of water we swam at many, the best was Red Bank Gorge we must have swum in 1/2 kilometre, it is fantastic when the gorge is only 1 metre wide and 50 metres high. You may know a big boulder at the end , well the ground is usually 2 metres below the boulder, but when we were there the water was half way up the boulder and we could go no further.

The plants and flowers were all coming out as well. I am definitely going back, next time going north from Alice to Darwin.
