Over 20 members from across the Adventure Tours Australia Brand Team headed down to Port Elliot, south of Adelaide for a two-day brand conference in late May.
Staff from reservations, sales and marketing, as well as management spent the two days bunked in at the beautifully renovated YHA brainstorming new product and marketing ideas, sales initiatives and sustainability strategies.
Product innovation, team work, communication, passion, authenticity and creativity were the buzz words of the conference. The outcomes - which will no doubt benefit Adventure Tours passengers, will be rolled out over the next few months.
Brand Managing Director Jacquie Burnside summed up the conference beautifully.
"It was exciting to feel the buzz in the room, to get lots of input and opinions from everyone and to see everyone working together as a team. Lots of work to do ahead of course, but I think everyone now realizes how to reach out to their team members and that communication and ideas are welcome from anyone and anywhere".
