Adventure Tours Australia's Melbourne to Adelaide (and reverse) tours continue to operate and support the local tourism infrastructure in the Grampians National Park and Halls Gap following the recent bush fires that affected the area.
Tours that visit the iconic Victorian destination will continue to run as scheduled, according to the Adventure Tours Product Manager, Tom Knell.
"Our trips will continue to stay in Halls Gap and visit the Grampians. The bushwalks and activities we are able to do on tour will be determined by National Parks staff and we will adhere to their guidelines and alternative routes may be explored than those in our current brochured itineraries," Knell said.
Adventure Tours Australia will continue to monitor the conditions closely and will continue to visit the Grampians as long as the authorities deem it is safe to do so".
Parks Victoria has issued a reminder to visitors to not enter closed off areas until they have been assessed and reopened.
