A Cyclone warning has been declared by the Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology for coastal and island communities on the western coast of Nothern Territory.

Top End open for business

The Top End is open for business after severe flooding affected the Northern Territory area between Tuesday 27th and Thursday 29th December.

The Stuart Highway is due to reopen this afternoon (Thursday 29th December), and all Northern Territory tours are now operating as scheduled.

Red Centre guided cultural walk disruptions

Adventure Tours Australia would like to make passengers travelling on selected tours which feature the Red Centre aware of a current unforseen itinerary amendment.

Due to operational reasons concerning our tour partner Anangu Tours, the Anangu guided Mala Walk at Uluru featured on selected itineraries will not be running until further notice.

During this time all Mala Walks will be conducted by expertly trained Adventure Tours Guides as a substitute.

Adventure Tours Australia was awarded the accolade for Best Tour Operator (Australia) at the annual Golden Backpack Awards held last Thursday, 27 October.

Hosted by TV/radio personality and comedian Tim 'Rosso' Ross at Dockside on Sydney's iconic Darling Harbour, the awards are the biggest annual event on the Australia and New Zealand backpacking calendar.

Adventure Tours Australia Group (ATAG) proudly received two outstanding awards, as well as receiving nods for finalist status across several award categories.

Adventure Tours Australia has today unveiled a fresh new look, symbolising a new phase for the award winning company.

The makeover features a contemporary new logo and updated brand style guide, and will introduce three unique new touring styles to the Adventure Tours range.

The new branding was rolled out online yesterday (Tuesday) at www.adventuretours.com.au, and other mediums will follow suit over the coming months.
